Mission Sustainability Initiative Director, 2023 - present

Forefront is the membership association for Illinois’ social impact sector. We serve operating nonprofits, philanthropic organizations, and the advisors who serve them. As the Director of the Mission Sustainability Initiative, I manage a pooled fund comprised of foundations enthusiastic about sustained collaboration, and I provide one-on-one guidance and educational programming that supports nonprofit leaders as they develop strategic administrative partnerships and reimagine their business models.
